What is Kelley's return/exchange policy?   We at Kelley feel like we offer the most flexible return/exchange policy in the industry. You can return or exchange your product within 30 days of shipment. We only request the following: The return policy does not apply to customized items The item is unused and in new condition The item is in its original packaging You retain the original receipt You call us for a return authorization number prior to sending the item back You can be sure that when you are buying from Kelley, you are buying with confidence. Our return/exchange rate is extremely low, accounting for about 1/2 of 1 percent of total sales. Needless to say, our customers are happy customers!
