Kelley Athletic Co. is expanding it's reach throughout the United States by way
of uniquely developed Licensed Stores. Beginning in 1995, Kelley had a vision to
slowly establish a reputable brand with high-end products that would eventually
allow for the development of branded stores within affluent baseball areas across
the United States. The first Kelley Athletic Co store, developed by Kelley corporate,
was established in February of 2008. An instant success in year 1, this
store has shown that Kelley Athletic Co. stores can be highly profitable and deep
reaching into the local community.
Kelley now has additional licensed stores in Reno Nevada, Flower Mound Texas, Plano
Texas and Arlington Texas.
In evaluating the opportunity to invest in a Licensed Store or Territory, we just

FINANCIAL
A Kelley Licensed Store is offered for purchase through the following programs:
With No Financing ($100,000 initial investment)
- $50,000 License Fee
- $50,000 Beginning Inventory
With Financing by Kelley ($75,000 initial investment)
- $25,000 Beginning License Fee
- $50,000 Beginning Inventory
- 35 monthly payments of $1,000 beginning in month
14 of the license
Potential Licensees will be required to submit a Personal Financial Statement to
Kelley.
SUPPORT
All licensees will receive the following support from Kelley:
- Site Selection and Lease Negotiations
- Use of the Kelley Athletic Mark and Name
- Exclusive Territory which includes any online sales
in that territory
- Use of the Kelley Athletic Point of Sale / Inventory
/ CRM System
- E.Commerce System

In addition to selling single Licensed Stores, Kelley also offers the opportunity
to invest in and develop a territory. A Territory Investor/Developer will purchase
the territory and either profit from the sale and revenue of licensed stores or
have the opportunity to develop licensed stores within their territory.
