When buying products, your discount is based on your total wholesale purchase value – the more you buy from us, the better the price we are able to give you. The standard Retail Discount starts at 30% and goes to 34%.

• Initial $1,000 Product Purchase requirement.  No activation fee required.
• All orders will be paid up-front via credit card, cash, check or money order. Kelley does not extend terms or ship via C.O.D...
• Drop Shipment orders will be accepted by Retailers for shipment to their customers direct. This will be done on a limited basis only as retailers should attempt to maintain a viable inventory.
• Retailers must get approval from Kelley USA before any product can be discounted below Kelley retail price. Failure to do so can result in an immediate termination
• Use of Kelley logos must be approved by Kelley first. In addition, any self created ads, flyers etc that include the Kelley name or Kelley products... MUST be approved by Kelley first before use.
• Kelley USA will handle all returns from customers with damaged products. Retailers can not authorize returns under any circumstances or replace damaged products. However, all exchanges on new items will be handled directly by the Retailer.
• There will be no returns or exchanges from Retailers unless an item is received as damaged. Damaged items must be reported to Kelley USA within 72 hours of receipt.
• Retailers shall NOT develop or utilize an existing web site for Kelley product sales/promotion unless authorized by Kelley. In addition, Kelley prohibits the sell of Kelley products to online retailers. Kelley also prohibits the sell of Kelley items on eBay or other auction sites. Kelley will develop a fully integrated e-commerce site for Retailers to use in promotions/sales at a cost of $500 (payment plan available).

Our pricing method is designed to reward those who are selling the most.  We believe that if you are selling more than other Kelley retailers, you should have a better price!  That is why we have developed the Kelley tiered pricing formula that is based on your wholesale purchase value from time of purchase to 60 days previous.
 
Our base discount level for 95% of our products is 30%.  That means that you receive a 30% discount off of Kelley's list price.  For example, our Elevation Series sells for $139.  Your price is 30% off of $139.  Depending on your 60 day volume, you will fall into level 1 (30%), level 2 (32%), or level 3 (34%).  Here's how it works...

At the time of your purchase, we take the total of the purchase you are making, add it to the total of the purchases you have made over the previous 60 days and then use that total as the "Total Wholesale Purchases" to determine your discount level.  Discount levels are as follows:

Total Wholesale Purchases of less than $1500 = level 1 (30% discount)
Total Wholesale Purchases of between $1500 & $3000 = level 2 (32% discount)
Total Wholesale Purchases of more than $3000 = level 3 (34% discount)

As we said before, some items receive additional discounts, including sunglasses and sports optics.  You will be able to view your 60-day Wholesale Purchase Value at any time by using the Online Kelley Rep Portal.
