Refund Policy
We at Kelley feel like we offer the most flexible return/exchange policy in the industry. You can return or exchange your product within 30 days of shipment. We only request the following:
- The return policy does not apply to customized items, including Custom Gloves, Custom Wood Bats and Team Apparel.
- The item is unused and in new condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You retain the original receipt
- You call us for a return authorization number prior to sending the item back
- You can be sure that when you are buying from Kelley, you are buying with confidence. Our return/exchange rate is extremely low, accounting for about 1/2 of 1 percent of total sales. Needless to say, our customers are happy customers!
